Emily had been crossing her fingers all morning for snow to fall on her wedding day. Sure enough, some light snow came trickling down as she was getting ready at the church. From then on it was like a fairytale with these huge beautiful flakes falling from the sky making it the first real snowfall of the year. It was amazing to see how excited Emily was, not just about the snow, but that this was the day she was going to marry her best friend. When the church doors opened all you could see were smiles from both of them as well as their family and friends celebrating with them that day.
Everything was too perfect to put into works, so you'll have to check out the photos from their big day below! Thank you to Sam and Emily for letting me capture these special moments for you!

Their love story told by Emily...
"Sam and I met on a cold night in October at a bonfire a mutual friend was having. Sam was making s’mores and I accidentally stole his graham cracker which ended up sparking a conversation on the back of a pickup truck by the fire. We hung out a few times after that and then on a hiking trip he asked me out! We dated for a while and then he proposed to me on Lake Michigan on June 3rd, 2016."
